These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Naija Stadium Pro ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Naija Stadium Pro mobile application and related materials (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a casual, fictional football collection-and-management game. No real wagering takes place. There is no betting, no real-money winnings, and no real-money wagers of any kind. The Lagos market hum is a decorative read-only flavour layer — fictional pre-match lines, mid-session tickers, and post-session summaries — with no wagering functionality whatsoever. All player imagery is AI-generated synthetic artwork. Players, clubs, fixtures, venues, sponsors, broadcasters, and matches depicted in the Service are fictional. The Service does not include in-app purchases and offers no cash prizes.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Game state created within the Service (your squad, your Pride 5 progress, your streak, your rank arc, your manager's diary, your fusion history) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or back up that content. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data.
The Service, including its visual identity, AI-generated synthetic player artwork, fictional club identities, knowledge-base entries, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, AppsFlyer, OneSignal). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any reference text or knowledge entries in the Service are offered for general educational reading; they are not a substitute for official rule books or governing-body publications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naija Stadium Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
